By using Lipi, you agree to follow these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Parents or legal guardians must create and manage accounts for children.

• Lipi is intended for children ages 3-12, managed by parents.
• Parents give consent for participation in classes and features.
• We follow COPPA, GDPR, and DPDP Act child privacy regulations.

• Parents are responsible for all activity on their family accounts.
• You must keep login credentials secure and updated.

Lipi provides interactive educational content, live classes, voice learning, drawing modules, and AI-based activities.

Content is regularly updated but provided "as is" without guaranteed performance outcomes.

Lipi offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

• Aarambh Monthly: $59.99 USD per month – Foundational learning for beginners.
• Jamaat Monthly: $89.99 USD per month – Group classes with live teacher interaction.
• Pathshala Monthly: $119.99 USD per month – Premium access with personalized tutoring.

Subscription Terms:

• All subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account (for iOS) or Google Play account (for Android) at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal can be turned off in your device's Account Settings after purchase.
• No free trial is offered. Guest users may access limited content without a subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered in the future, will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.

Payments are processed securely via Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing, Razorpay, or Stripe depending on your platform. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

For iOS users, subscriptions are subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). You can review Apple's Standard EULA at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

• Use the app responsibly and only for learning purposes.
• No abusive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior is allowed.
• No reverse engineering, copying, or misuse of the platform.

All lessons, artwork, videos, characters, code, and brand assets are the exclusive property of Nanak Inc. under the brand "Lipi".

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Lipi is provided "as-is." Nanak Inc. is not liable for:

• Service interruptions or technical issues.
• User mistakes or account misuse.
• Third-party service failures outside our control.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, misuse, fraud, or safety concerns. Parents may request account deletion by contacting privacy@merilipi.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Oregon, USA, where Nanak Inc. is incorporated.

For users in other regions, local consumer and child-protection laws may apply.
