Easy & Transparent Refunds

At Lipi, our goal is to ensure every parent and child feels confident with their purchase. This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how payments, renewals, and refunds are handled for subscriptions, live classes, and digital content.

Payments on Lipi are securely processed through trusted gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, and Google Play Billing. We do not store full card details.

• All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.
• Invoices and receipts are emailed automatically after each transaction.

• Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly/quarterly/annually).
• Parents may cancel anytime through the app store (Google Play / Apple App Store) or Lipi account settings.
• Canceling stops future charges but does not refund previous payments.

Refunds may be approved under the following conditions:

• Unintended subscription renewal (request within 7 days).
• Technical issues preventing class or content access.
• Duplicate payment or accidental double charge.

Refunds are not granted for completed live classes or content already consumed.

• Parents may email billing@merilipi.com with payment details and the reason for the request.
• Our billing team responds within 5-7 business days.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

One-time purchases such as individual live classes or course bundles are non-refundable once accessed. For technical issues, we offer rescheduling or session credit.

Refund requests identified as fraudulent, abusive, or repeated after using the service fully may be declined. Serious abuse may result in account suspension.

This policy follows global standards, including RBI e-commerce (India), GDPR (EU), and COPPA (US) guidelines.

All billing-related disputes are governed by the laws of Oregon, USA, where Nanak Inc. is incorporated.
