• Child Data: First Name, Date of Birth, Avatar, activity data (voice samples, drawings, quiz scores).
• Device Data: App version, device model, OS, usage analytics, and crash logs.

• To personalize lessons and track learning progress.
• To send parents reports and class updates.
• To improve AI-based learning tools.
• To ensure safe live-class participation.

Lipi follows COPPA (US), GDPR (EU), and DPDP Act (India). Parents may:

• Access their child's data.
• Request deletion of all personal data.
• Withdraw consent anytime by emailing privacy@merilipi.com.

• Secure encrypted storage (Google Cloud / Firebase).
• All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS.
• Internal access control & security audits.
• AI samples are anonymized after analysis.
• Data deleted after 24 months of inactivity.

We never sell personal data. We only share information with:

• Authorized teachers for progress evaluation.
• Payment partners (Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing, Stripe, Razorpay).
• Legal authorities when legally required.

We comply with global privacy laws:

• DPDP Act 2023 (India)

Child activity data is stored only for learning purposes and deleted upon request or after 24 months of inactivity. Backups are purged within 90 days.

Policy updates may occur to comply with new laws or new features. Parents will be informed via email and in-app notifications.
